Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of TechOps Excellence to
drive large-scale change and transformation across its Technology
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead organizational transformation projects and implement change
management strategies
Act as a consultant for continuous improvement programs and process
enhancements
Develop scalable and agile frameworks, ensuring effective
communication and strategic alignment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related
area
10 years of experience in engineering or product management of
technically complex products
Proven experience in operational transformation or change
management within a technology-focused environment
Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional
teams
Deep understanding of process improvement methodologies and
scalable solution design
