Job Description:

Private Resort we are seeking a skilled Building Facility Maintenance Technician II.

All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.

Performs daily service, routine and preventative maintenance in hotel units and common areas: including light carpentry, dry wall patching, painting, non-licensed electrical and common area grounds.


Performs self-safety inspections around complex and with co-workers.


Repairs plumbing, electrical, appliance and carpentry for complex.


Tracks key/lock system and changes locks as needed.


Installs new appliances such as microwaves, coffee makers, and refrigerators.


Provides courtesy services for tenants.


Routine and preventative maintenance for pool/spa.


Repairs and repaints interior and exterior of common areas as needed.





Responsibilities for this position include:

2+ years of Facilities Maintenance


Drug screen, background check and driving abstract





Requirements:

2+ years of Building Facility Maintenance Management


Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00


Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and driving abstract
