Job Description:
A company is looking for a Performance Consultant to provide
consultative services and support for client companies in the
behavioral health sector.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative services and training for client companies,
including crisis management and workplace issue assessments
Conduct client intake assessments, assist callers in crisis
situations, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with local
counselors
Offer coaching for supervisors on team management and provide
high-level consultation to HR and leadership on organizational
issues
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
License in social work preferred; eligibility for licensure
required
Three to seven years of experience in EAP and/or case
management
One to three years of experience with workplace consulting and/or
training preferred
Experience with performance evaluations, workplace violence
assessments, and harassment/discrimination issues
