Sys Ops II Technician

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sys Ops II Technician to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues in cloud environments
Backup and restore SQL databases and install software updates
Create documentation for policies and procedures related to software installations and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

3+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment
Experience with SQL and Microsoft Server
Knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
Experience working out of a ticketing system
