Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 CE to
support process analysis and improvement within the Dynamics 365 CE
module.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in Sprint demos and testing, collaborating with project
team members and stakeholders
Develop training materials and facilitate delivery to meet go-live
training needs
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop test cases in
collaboration with business owners
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA in a technology, business, or engineering-related degree
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
Experience working with an agile/scrum implementation
methodology
Familiarity with user stories, process maps, and user journey
maps
Some project management and change management experience
preferred
