JOB SUMMARY
As a CBRE HVAC Technician, you will maintain mechanical and
electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by
conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled
maintenance. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical
Services job function. They are responsible for supporting,
preventive maintenance, and repairing equipment and systems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United

Washington Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to
determine compensation, including a candidate's education,
training, and experience. The salary for the Union HVAC Technician
position is $100,000 annually.
