Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to
support virtual training projects in the government sector.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop learning items, programs, and curricula using
evidence-based processes
Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with subject matter
experts to create instructional materials
Perform quality assurance checks and assist in the initial delivery
of courses, making revisions based on feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in education, psychology,
instructional design, or a related field
4-6 years of experience in training development, with a focus on
course design
Experience using the ADDIE model and knowledge of adult learning
principles
Demonstrable experience in designing accessible e-learning
solutions
Preferred experience in the health care, government, or military
sectors
