Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Front Desk Representative
(Spanish) to support MedSpas with customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and messages
Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling through a CRM
Provide basic information and escalate inquiries as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service or front desk roles with US
customers
Sales experience
Availability to work US hours (EST to PST)
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
