Job Description:
A company is looking for a Western Operations Leader to manage
operations and service delivery in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Engage clients to understand needs and recommend additional
services
Lead operations and maintenance activities for a portfolio of
facilities
Achieve client satisfaction and profitability targets for the
assigned region
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business finance,
management, or related field
Minimum 10 years of commercial leadership experience in HVAC or
related fields
Strong knowledge of emergency management and business continuity
planning
Expert level knowledge of health and safety requirements
Experience in leading and engaging a team of individuals
