• Job Details
• Under general supervision the Cardiac Sonographer will perform, analyze, and interpret comprehensive, complex diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures such as Transthoracic Echo, Treadmill and Dobutamine Stress Echo, and assist physicians with Transesophageal Echo (TEE) procedures on patients referred for evaluation of suspected or known heart disease, post-operative evaluation of surgical therapy, or placement of cardiac prosthetic devices.
• The Cardiac Sonographer will tailor examination as necessary to provide accurate representation of cardiac anatomy and pathology throughout examination; monitor patients vital signs and condition during examination; measure cardiac structures and blood flow throughout the heart; and complete preliminary report for the reading cardiologist.

  • PLEASE NOTE THAT CONFLUENCE HEALTH PARTICIPATES IN THE MEDEFIS CREDENTIAL SERVICE. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL CREDENTIALS THROUGH THE MEDEFIS PORTAL. THEY ALSO PARTICIPATE IN THE MEDEFIS INVOICING SERVICE OF WHICH KRONOS REPORTS ARE UPLOADED BIWEEKLY. TRAVELERS ARE NOT TO USE PAPER TIMECARDS.
  • AGENCY MUST HAVE WA STATE NURSE POOL LICENSE IN ORDER TO HAVE TRAVELERS WORKING AT THIS FACILITY.
