Job Description:

A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Underwriter for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and underwrite commercial insurance applications based on company guidelines
Analyze risks and recommend appropriate premiums and coverage
Manage a book of business to achieve profitability goals and maintain relationships with agents

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
3+ years of underwriting experience
Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation business and products
Experience with MGA, MGU, or insurance
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and ability to learn new software
