Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage performance management processes aligned with
company goals
Handle sensitive employee relations issues to achieve positive

Develop and execute training and development plans for employee
growth
Required Qualifications
4+ years of relevant People Partner or HRBP experience, with a
total of 8+ years in HR roles
Experience in a startup and remote/hybrid work environment
Background in HR operations including benefits, compliance, and
payroll management
Experience in driving cultural initiatives and achieving engagement
goals
Strong project management skills with strategic thinking
capabilities
