Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to support high-impact civic tech within the federal government.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the technical approach, implementation, and knowledge of the work stream
Develop and modify software applications based on user needs
Mentor and supervise software developers while coordinating database development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
11+ years of software development experience
Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, Ruby on Rails, or TypeScript
Familiarity with databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL and web servers
Leadership and people management experience
