As an engineer in this organization, you contribute directly to how
customers experience interactions with Amazon and how support
engineers resolve highly complex and technical issues for
customers. You own projects from inception to delivery, seeking to
deliver results in a fast paced environment. Our technology

operational costs and burden, and to innovate. Knowledge of front
end technologies like React are desirable.
Design, Develop Software that meets or exceeds customer needs,
operational needs
Work with Product Managers, Software Development Manager, UX
Designers/Researchers to identify needs
Collaborate with and mentor junior members on the team
You can impact the roadmap of our existing products and contribute
to building new features, services and PRFAQs that contribute to
improving the customer problem troubleshooting and resolution
journey.
Ballista is delivering on the charter of a single pane of glass for
troubleshooting experiences used by 6000+ support engineers
worldwide in distributed sites. We are a full stack team working
primarily on Native AWS technologies, Node JS and React based
systems.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for
driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest
growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level
customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team
interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class
support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners
with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical
applications on top of AWS services.
3+ years of non-internship professional software development
experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design
patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
experience
- Bachelor's degree, or CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle
Professional)
- Experience programming with at least one software programming
language
3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding
standards, code reviews, source control management, build
processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
