Job Description:

A company is looking for a Recruiter to develop sourcing strategies for Linguists in the language services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, interview, and evaluate Linguists for specific language needs
Negotiate rates and manage communications with Interpreters
Track candidates' progress and promote opportunities through job boards and social media

Required Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to type 30 words per minute with excellent 10 key skills
Experience with Lever or other applicant tracking systems
1+ years of recruiting experience preferred
