Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Experience Concierge
Associate responsible for monitoring and responding to digital
communications from health plan members.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to member inquiries through various
communication channels
Provide exceptional support to health plan members to ensure
consumer satisfaction
Manage member issues in a timely manner while maintaining a high
level of organization
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
effectively
Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
Commitment to a culture of continuous learning and growth
Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements
