FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am -
5:30pm

We are seeking a part or full time independent, self-motivated, and
compassionate Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist with
experience or interest in Lymphedema therapy. The Supervisor will
be working with a wonderful team of experienced and passionate
lymphedema therapists who are focused on treating complicated
lymphedema/edema issues.
The outpatient therapy clinic has private treatments rooms for each
therapist within a MultiCare comprehensive cancer center. Our team
has a strong referral base and coordinates care with other
facilities such as SCCA, Virginia Mason and Fred Hutch.

Position Summary
The Supervisor of Rehab Services is responsible for supervising the
daily operations and activities of the assigned Rehabilitation
Staff. Work situations range from clinical to supervisory and
require independent decision-making, analysis, planning, policy and
program development, problem and issue resolution, leadership, and
strong rehabilitation expertise. This position is also responsible
for evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment
programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or
Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Washington
Three years experience as a Rehabilitation Therapist
Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or
supervisory role

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive
salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.
As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a
competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each
position. The pay scale is $52.81 - $77.18 USD. However, pay is
influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not
limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s)
and/or education. If this position is associated with a union
contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay
scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
