Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Progressive Care
Unit (PCU) RN - Stepdown Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour
days, flexible shifts, first to float Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours
per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required for
submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS (PALS preferred) Must-Have:
ACLS and BLS certifications Job Description: - Provide nursing care
in a Progressive Care Unit with stepdown responsibilities. -
Deliver direct patient care and manage the overall care for
assigned patients. - Adapt to flexible shift scheduling and be
prepared as the first to float to different units as needed. -
Utilize the Cerner Millennium charting system efficiently. -
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality
patient care. - Maintain compliance with nursing standards, patient
care guidelines, and hospital policies. - Demonstrate strong
critical thinking and communication skills in a fast-paced
environment.
