Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to manage
customer and vendor contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the review, drafting, and negotiation of contracts
Implement and manage contract workflows within the software
platform
Advise internal teams on contract terms and support broader
corporate legal functions
Required Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed attorney with 3-5 years of experience in contract
management
Strong understanding of contract law and corporate legal
principles
Experience managing contracts related to software licensing and
telecommunications services
Expertise in telecom and software industry regulations
