Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with benefits consultants
Manage consultant deals and collaborate on RFP responses
Track partnership performance and adjust strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience working with consultants, brokers, and partners in health and wellness
Consistent over-achievement in quota and revenue goals
Experience in early-stage startup environments
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional remote environment
