Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Payments Strategy &
Operations to lead their payments strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive payments strategy to enhance
success rates and reduce issues
Oversee payment processing, fraud prevention, and chargeback
management
Manage relationships with payment service providers and financial
institutions, negotiating favorable terms
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in payment operations, preferably in a
subscription-based business or the payments industry
Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing
high-performing teams
In-depth knowledge of payment processing, fraud prevention, and
chargeback management
Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor
relationships
Strong understanding of payment compliance and security
requirements
