Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Security Technical
Director to lead a team focused on embedding a security-first
mindset within their engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of security engineers to implement
secure-by-default tools across the SDLC
Define and drive the strategy for integrating security within a
DevOps-oriented and multi-cloud environment
Consult and educate engineers to empower secure software
development practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field
10+ years of relevant security work experience, with at least 4
years in a leadership role
Experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and
their fundamental components
Proficiency in DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD and secure
testing frameworks
Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing
secure-by-default capabilities
