Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Platform Quality
Assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development of quality assurance project plans,
including resource allocation and risk management
Establish and cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders
and ensure effective communication of project statuses
Manage the QA team, including performance appraisals, coaching, and
professional development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or IT-related field
5-7 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in Financial
Applications
Experience with Agile/Scrum Development Methodologies
Proven experience in leading quality assurance teams and
establishing effective strategies
Experience with Microsoft technologies and tools such as Azure
DevOps and SQL Server
