Job Description:
A company is looking for a COBRA Manager responsible for
overseeing the COBRA team and billing administration.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the COBRA team, ensuring client retention and
service expectations are met
Provide technical guidance on COBRA regulations and participate in
client-facing meetings
Develop and implement processes to drive efficiencies and staff
development
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3-5 years of Eligibility/COBRA experience
Previous supervisory experience managing teams of more than 5
Experience with employee benefits in an insurance or human
resources setting
Robust understanding of Federal DOL requirements for COBRA
